1. The animal's welfare comes first every time, in every decision, in every situation.

2. In keeping with item number 1, we will sell neither a donkey nor a llama into a situation where it will be an only animal. Both donkeys and llamas will bond with most any animal companion, although we believe they are happiest with their own species.

3. Every llama or miniature donkey will be halter trained and will be delivered with an appropriately sized halter and lead. As the llama or miniature donkey grows, the new owner may exchange the old halter for a new, larger halter.

4. When a miniature donkey or llama is delivered to the new owner, the animal will be currently vaccinated and dewormed and the new owner will receive an updated health record.

5. One bale of hay and the appropriate grain supplement will be delivered with llamas and miniature donkeys to minimize the stress of relocation.

6. In multiple animal purchases, the buyer will receive a 30% discount on the entire purchase price. Once an animal is purchased from Elevenses, the buyer has a lifetime 30% discount on all future animal purchases and on all stud fees.

7. All llamas and miniature donkeys come with 3-month 80% money-back guarantees. All unaltered miniature donkeys and llamas come with fertility guarantees. The new owner will receive a statement of these guarantees when their animal is delivered.

8. Any female llama not yet pregnant comes with a free breeding to an unrelated male of buyer's choice. If this breeding does not result in a live cria, Elevenses will rebreed at no cost to the owner. Elevenses will not breed a female llama younger than 15 months nor lighter than 220 pounds.
